If you would like us to do the initial planning, gain the highest success statistics, calculate the costs and carry out all of that initial research then let us take on a Personal Assistant role for a one-off fee of £150*. IVF Personal Assistant users will benefit from the following: Initial 1hour telephone consult - during this time we will take all your details, requirements and preferences so as to help us gather the right information for you. This will also be used in the future planning and booking of your treatment and passed to your chosen centre to limit the amount of general questions asked at your first clinic consultation enableing them to concentrate on the important aspects of your care. Thorough investigation of services available in your chosen area. We will look into statistics appropriate to you, your age and the treatment required. Cost for each centre as this will vary, time frames and the clinics requirements. We will also decipher information that you may need into a more user friendly form to limit the amount of jargon you are exposed to. Once we feedback the gathered information to you and you have decided upon a clinic we will go ahead and book your initial tour of the chosen centre/s (you may wish to visit more than one centre this is not a problem and we can arrange this for you) At this visit you can gain a feel for the surroundings and staff that will be involved in your treatment, this is important as you need to feel safe and confident in your chosen clinic and their ability to carry out your required treatment. We will ensure that you receive a copy of the centres information pack, statistics and costs before your first visit. We will find out what information you will be required to take with you to your first consultation and ensure that you have this to hand. We will ensure a copy of the HFEA information pack is sent to your home - this will give you further information and advice that you may find helpful before and during your treatment. Finally we will ensure that you are happy with your choice and leave you confident that you have chosen the right clinic for your future treatment. A positive, relaxed start to treatment can only improve your chances! **The one-off fee includes all telephone calls, emails, written correspondence and time required to plan and book your initial visits. |
